Paul’s Story
Paul Clarke – Personal Trainer
Following a terrible motorbike collision in Miami, Florida in 2000, Paul was hospitalised for six months. The prognosis was amputation, however, Paul endured 18 operations on his severely damaged leg to prevent this.
As a result of these surgeries an external metal frame was surgically fitted to his leg. He now permanently has a totally fused left ankle joint. This creates a multitude of knock-on effects – such as posture alignment, poor gait, weight bearing and many other ailments.
Whilst on the repair, He embarked on a rigorous rehabilitation programme which he devised himself from study and assessment of the human biology and fitness techniques.
Over the years Paul has worked with some of the worlds renowned coaches in order to improve his craft. He has studied and practised various different methods of approaching physical fitness encompassing exercise, nutrition,
