In-Person Coaching

– 1-2-1 CIRCUIT TRAINING SESSION –

As a qualified circuit instructor, I am experienced in devising circuits that provide a total fully body workout. My circuits consist of 6-9 individual exercise stations incorporating free weights, body weight, plyometrics and high intensity aerobics.

The aim of my circuits are to target strength building, muscular endurance, resistance training,functionality and cardiovascular strength.

My 1-2-1 circuits offer major gains if done on their own or in conjunction with a client’s current personal training sessions

– Joint Session –

Uncomfortable training on your own? Do you find the prospective of training alone quite daunting? Tandem sessions are fun and allows partners, friends, family members of equal fitness levels and passion to train together.

These sessions are tailor made to suit both clients requirements, be it circuits, strength training or endurance.

An initial joint assessment and goals analysis will fuel that competitive spirit in the dynamic duo.

– 12 Week Nutrition Plan –

A healthy lean body is a side effect of being on one of my programmes, so is increased energy, strength, performance, mental clarity and reduced physical pain.

Utilising the data obtained from our comprehensive consultation, a personalised diet plan to will be structured to assist your desired goal.
