Through advanced systems, I test each client to identify what ratios of protein, fats, and carbohydrates their unique body needs.
After a client’s Type is determined I do a detailed lifestyle assessment where I look at factors such as current food quality, eating habits, food sensitivities, digestion, sleep habits, toxicity and stress levels. With all this information I’m able to tailor a structured whole foods eating plan for each individual based on their unique metabolism and tailored towards their goals.
